Our client, Surgical Training Institute provides mobile based training for medical personnel throughout the world.
We provide build-out and refurbishment services to their fleet of 20 plus vehicles.
The “Jeep Renegade Tour” hit 21 major metropolitans and trained over 13,000 Jeep Retail Sales Consultants in half-day training sessions that combined coaching, HD video playback, illustrative displays and realistic behind-the-wheel driving experiences.
This Tour was created to “Bring the Training to the Troops”. Logistics were provided for the Army’s mobile training platforms, managing ten double expandable trailers with simulators to acclimate the troops to the new equipment. Throughout the past ten years over 8,000 troops have been trained this way.
VAN Beethoven Virtual Reality Tour: A live, virtual reality Beethoven concert tour took place in a specially designed trailer that included authentic carpet and seating from Walt Disney Concert Hall. Inside that concert hall, guests were invited to enjoy a 4-minute virtual reality experience for a private concert with the LA Philharmonic.
ServiceMaster Experience: Showcasing all seven of the ServiceMaster brands and their official branding with Minor League Baseball was wrapped up into a 53-foot-long double-expandable trailer custom-built to resemble a home that travels to Minor League Baseball cities and stadiums across the U.S. The mobile experience offered an interactive experience outside the ballpark, along with branded giveaways, games and more.
The “This Is Hunger Tour” display was a fully mobile 53 foot-long double-expandable trailer that opened into a 1,000 sq-ft area that closely resembles a museum. Visitors “met” (via virtual reality) real American’s affected by hunger, then engaged in activities and experiences that will deepen their awareness of the complexities of hunger.
The Chevron DELO Truck travels throughout the US and Canada visiting distributors, relevant tradeshows and special events. We have provided logistical support, tour management, driver, truck and power generator since 2011. This is a great example of how, if done properly, an experiential marketing tour can continue creating revenue indefinitely.
The Gundam Base Truck travels throughout the US visiting special events and scheduled stops selling over 2,000 Gunpla products, including store exclusives and reissues of older Gunpla kits from the 1980s and 1990s. Tour Pros performed the buildout (ceiling, walls, flooring, shelves, HVAC, generator pop up signage and electrical) . Managed by our friends at ProMotion, his is a great example of how, if done properly, an experiential marketing tour can continue create additional revenue.
